While at a stop sign on my way to work yesterday I wedged my mobile between my dash and windshield and hit record. I used iMovie to match the duration of the recording to the song. The soundtrack is My Flaming Red Bobsled from Vancouver’s Mint Records recording artists – Cub.
Yikes. Speeded up, that looks like a scary commute.
BTW is your tagline up there a reference to Stiff Little Fingers?
Love it. Reminds me of this project I was going to do a few years ago when I lived in Doha, Qatar. I was going to document my commute to work everyday, but ended up making this video instead. Kind of ran out of steam.
Love the idea of sharing these simple moments in hopes that they somehow add meaning to others.
Ok, love the video, and your drie is indeed hairy. But what I also want is the radio ds106 code so that I can put it in the ds106.us sidebar. I have the image and the link to the file dropoff, just don;t know how to show what is playing on the radio.
